Being on the scene at any Fashion Week is always exciting! This was our first year being a Sponsor of StyleWeek Northeast and also creating a “pop up shop” on the 18th floor of the Biltmore Hotel, in Providence, Rhode Island. In it’s 10th Season, StyleWeek is the “premier regional fashion week, focused on showcasing emerging designers and connecting them with their community, buyers and press, while providing a professional trade setting.
Although the weather has just been plain COLD and SNOWY, here in the Northeast, the guests’ spirits were high and everyone was excited about what Styleweek Northeast had to offer. So needless to say, inside the Biltmore Hotel, it was warm and fuzzy and the ambiance was great!
Fell in love with the designs of Alistair Archer, whose models blazed the runway show Opening Night in amazing designs, topped with fedoras. I am in love with BIG HATS… so that extra touch, just did it for me. Mr. Archer states “it’s all about the print” and I believe him.
StyleWeek was a great time, with so many talented Designers and an amazing fashionable crowd and a few after parties throughout the week, which was great networking. I was even able to enjoy dinner afterwards at McCormick & Schmick’s, which was located in the hotel lobby.
